Introduction

The patient Mobile app provides guidance on Laboratory overview, locations, personal registration, test selection and result review to patient. It enabling patientto search for tests by disease, test name or test ID. In addition to test information, the app provides access to educational resources such as brochures, articles and videos. The tests information includes reference values, uses, method names, cautions, and clinical and interpretive information for each test.

Patients can also use the app to keep their personal record including test ordering and results. This app is literally an in-pocket resource for patients for the directory of services of the laboratory (in-pocket DOS).

The applications are optimized for various device's screen size. The applications works offline and can be automatically updated once a mobile connection becomes available.

The Lab on Mobile App Console

This app is linked directly with Labmate.net ERP LIMS mobile app console. The console links Labmate.net ERP LIMS database and the mobile app data. The changes made to directory of services (DOS) can be automatically transported to mobile app database for download. All the requests made by patient, physicians are shown on this console application. The home collection, appointments or other requests are then moved to Labmate.net ERP LIMS application for further action.
